The Magic of Cornwall Stock Photo Library
I can supply any image from my Photo Gallery as a Stock Image for commercial use. I have a simple, easily understood licensing model as all my images are licensed on a Royalty Free basis for a period of one year, and the pricing structure is based on the size of the image. You are free to use the file for any purpose and typical uses are for brochures, calendars, packaging, books and magazines. The license fee payable is based on the size in pixels of the image and images are available in five sizes:
1. Web (500 pixels) - Small files, suitable for usage on the web
2. Web - Large (1000 pixels)
3. Small (1500 pixels) - Small files, suitable for printing very small or on the web
4. Medium (2500 pixels) - Medium files, suitable for printing up to A5 size
5. Original size - Large files, suitable for any usage
Images are licensed on a non-exclusive basis, except in the case of calendars or greetings cards. The term of the license is for one year from the date of delivery of the images, though a longer period may be granted by agreement. Exclusive rights may be purchased by negotiation. At the end of the years license I will send you an email to enquire if you wish to continue usage of the image or to terminate the license. You may at this point confirm that you wish to continue and pay for another license or terminate the contract, in which case you should withdraw the image from any materials that contain the image. Please enquire if you have any particular requirements and I will do my best to accommodate you.
A copy of the publication must be posted to David Carvey, see Terms and Conditions of usage (.PDF file). These rates are for the purchase of a single image.
